La douleur chronique dans la SLD se manifeste sous diverses formes, notamment :<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Douleurs articulaires,<\/li><li>douleurs musculaires,<\/li><li>douleurs abdominales<\/li><li>douleur postop\u00e9ratoire, et<\/li><li>la fatigue li\u00e9e \u00e0 la douleur.<\/li><\/ul><p>La pr\u00e9valence de la douleur chronique dans le SLD ne fait pas qu&#8217;ajouter \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 du syndrome, elle diminue aussi consid\u00e9rablement la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes touch\u00e9es. <strong>Des \u00e9tudes montrent que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes atteintes de SLD souffrent d&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de d\u00e9pression s\u00e9v\u00e8res en raison de la douleur chronique<\/strong>, ce qui contribue \u00e0 alourdir le fardeau global de la maladie.<\/p><p><strong>La m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience : Une lueur d&#8217;espoir pour le soulagement de la douleur :<\/strong><\/p><p>Un changement de paradigme est n\u00e9cessaire afin d&#8217;aider les options traditionnelles de gestion de la douleur chronique chez les personnes atteintes de SLD. De nombreux patients SLD ont essay\u00e9 de nombreuses strat\u00e9gies de soulagement de la douleur, mais ils continuent \u00e0 souffrir.<\/p><p>C&#8217;est l\u00e0 qu&#8217;intervient la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience, une approche qui a permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la consommation de m\u00e9dicaments antidouleur dans le cadre de divers troubles. Des \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9 dans des pathologies telles que le syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable, les migraines et la fibromyalgie.
